硝胺/丁羟复合推进剂高效偶联剂

【摘要】 本文介绍了硝胺/丁羟复合推进剂的高效偶联剂——BAG系列偶联剂.其中BAG-7能使推进剂25℃下的最大抗拉强度σ_m由原来的0.7MPa提高到1.0MPa,最大延伸率ε_m由原来的35%提高到99%;-40℃下,ε_m由25%,提高到97%;70℃下,ε_m由原来的30%提高到97%.这些偶联剂BAG-8、BAG-10、BAG-12等偶联剂都能使消胺/丁羟推进剂的力学性能取得突破性进展,且国内外未见报导、其功效优于较好的硝胺偶联剂TEA、DHE等.

【Abstract】 A series of latest bonding agents high efficient for HMX/HTPB solid composite propellant is developed .The experimentes indicated that the bonding agents BAG-7was greatly able to enhance the mechanical properties of the propellant at various temperatures .The maximum tensile strength σm was increased from 0.7MP& to 1.0MPa,the tensile elongation at the maximum stress εm was increased from 35% to 99% at 25℃; from 25% to 95% at -40℃; from 30% to 97% at 70℃.Other several bonding agents BAG-8, BAG-10 and BAG-12 can enha-nace the mechanical properties of the propellant as much as BAG-7.The new bonding agents were better than triethanolamine (TEA) and dihydroxyethyldimethylh- ydantoin(DHE).
