纺丝油剂结构与热性能的关系

【摘要】 本文简述了纺丝油剂的热稳定性对纤维加工的影响。重点讨论了油剂的主要组分的化学结构与热性能的关系。认为影响油剂热稳定性的主要因素是组分的分子量,分子结构和介质。本文还简述了发烟与结焦的原理,最后从不同方面提出了几项改善油剂热稳定性的措施。

【Abstract】 The effects of thermal stalility of spin finish to spin operation were mentioncd in this paper.It is mainly discussed to the relati- on between the chemical structure of main componets of finish and the thermal stability.It is considered that the primary factors are molecular structure,molecular weight and reacion medium.At the same time,the principl of tar and smoke was stated simply.The some measures to improve thermal stability of finish were gived in diffrent weays.
