竖炉用合碳铬矿球团冶炼铬铁合金

【摘要】 作者就含碳铬矿球团在竖炉内熔融还原冶炼铬铁合金的新工艺进行了试验。探讨了含碳铬矿球团的低温机械性能,测定了球团的荷重钦化温度,论述了温度、还原剂、铬矿粒度等因素对铬铁矿还原性能的影响,并对还原产物作了相结构及矿相分析。热态试验表明,竖炉用含碳铬矿球团可以冶炼出含铬20%的铬铁合金。

【Abstract】 Trials of a new smelting reduction process for ferrochromium manufacture in shaft furnace with carbon bearing chrome-ore pellet was carried out by the authors.Low temperature mechanical propertics and refractoriness under load were determined.The effect ot temperature,reducers and chrome-ore size on reduction behavior were discussed.Phase structure and miueralogical analysis were done.Smelting test showed that an alloy contained 20% Cr can be produced by shaft furnace with carbon bearing chrome-ore pellets.
