【摘要】 癫痫发作后麻痹又称托德麻痹,可为脑瘤的早期症状,往往未被认识和重视而延误诊疗。本文报告8例,百发症状为癫痫并有托德麻痹,均手术治疗。病理报告良性和恶性脑瘤各4例。入院前被误诊为原发性癫痫、脑血管病等,本文对误诊原因及如何减少误诊进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Post epileptic palsy (Todd’s palsy) may be one of the early symptoms of brain turnouts, and it is of great clinical significance. Although this symptom is not rare, but owing to pay less attention to it or no recognition to it by most of young clinicians, its diagnosis will be delayed or overlooked very often. In this article, 8 cases were reported. All of their initial symptoms were epilepsy with Todd’s palsy, and all had been operated and reported pathologically as benign and malignant brain tumours, four each. They were all misdiagnosed before admission. The middle-aged and younger ones were misdiagnosed as epilepsy and the elders were diagnosed as cerebrovaseular diseases. The causes of misdiagnosis and how to confirm them were also discussed.更多还原
