【Abstract】 Defoaming mechanism of the four kinds of the block polyther antifoamerfor the beet diffusion juice are discussed in this paper.The resultindicate that the efficiency of the defoaming and inhibit foaming of theethylenediamine propylene oxide ethylene oxide ester is the highest.It’sinfra-red spectrogram is given.The relation between the molecular struc-ture and the efficiency of the defoaming and inhibit foam are discribed.更多还原
