【摘要】 本文测定了国产4种(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ)微晶纤维素Microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)的流动性、可压性和药品容纳量。实验结果表明,流动性的大小顺序为:Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ;而可压性和药品容纳量的大小顺序为:Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅳ。实验结果还表明,微晶纤维素的颗粒形态和粒子大小是影响其制剂性能的主要因素,在实验用的样品中,与其结晶度和聚合度的关系来见规律性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mobility, compressibility and dilute potential of four(Ⅰ; Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ) Chinaproduced Microcrystalline Celluloses (MCC) were determined. The result showed themobilityies of the four products are in the following order: Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ, but theircompressibilities and dilute potentials are in the order of I>Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅳ.
