【摘要】 本文报道1株抗人活化血小板的单克隆抗体——SZ-49。SZ-49仪和凝血酶刺激活化的血小板结合,而不与静止的血小板反应,为IgG1亚型。它和活化血小板结合是Ca²⁺依赖性的,对血小板功能有明显的影响,SZ-49亲和层析获得的纯化抗原为小分子量蛋白。这种新的单克隆抗体为研究血小板活化过程中的系列改变及疾病状态下体内,外血小板活化程度的评估提供了新的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have prepared a monoclonal antibody specific for human activated platelets.Hybridoma cell line SZ-49 was screened for clone producing antibodies which boundto thrombin-activated platelets but not to resting platelets.SZ-49,an IgG1,hassignificant inhibition effect on platelets aggregation.The interaction of SZ-49 withactivated platelets was Ca²⁺ dependent.The purified antigen by SZ-49 affinitychromatography was a protein with small molecular weight.This kind of monocloalantibody provides a new method to study the changes and to detect the degree ofplatelet activation in vivo and in vitro.更多还原
