【摘要】 本文根据系统和系统论的观点对过程系统的热力学分析作了扼要的评述,论证了化工装置有效能损失的不可避免性,提出用系统分析方法来改善传统的设计方法.系统分析与热交换器网络合成相结合将无一例外地为改善现行炼油化工装置的能耗取得积极的效果.列举了两个实例说明系统分析方法对提高设计水平的作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey of thermodynamic analysis in process design based on the view points of system and system theory is presented.The inevitable loss of effective energy(entropy) in chemical processing units is verified and the use of system analysis method for improving the traditional design method is suggested.When system analysis is used in combination with heat exchanger network synthesis,improvement in energy consumption of present refining and petrochemical processing units will be actively effected with no exception.Two actual cases are given to demonstrate the improvement of design work by system analysis method.更多还原
