振动筛的自定中心理论分析与设计
The Principle of Self-Centering on Screen Shakers
【摘要】 分析了普通椭圆运动振动筛、卧式椭圆运动振动筛以及圆运动振动筛激振轴的运动情况后得出:轴心运动轨迹为圆的振动筛工作时,激振轴上存在一根绝对速度始终为零的瞬心轴。只要传动胶带轮的几何中心线与瞬心轴重合,胶带轮就只作定轴转动,不随筛箱运动。这就是自定中心振动筛的自定中心原理。
【Abstract】 After analysing the motion of the exciting shaft on various screen shakers with elliptic and circular motion, the authors point out: on shakers Where the trace of the screen shaft axis in operation is a circle, there exists on the exciting shaft an instantaneous axis with zero velocity throughout the operation. So long as the oenterline of the driving pulley coincides with the instantaneous axis, the pulley will make a fixed-axis rotation, without any movement along with the screen box. This is the principle of self-centering on a screen shaker.
