高纯度十二烷基苯磺酸钠合成研究
Study of Synthesizing Sodium Dodecylbenzene Sulfonate
【摘要】 本文对在槽式反应器中以十二烷基苯为原料、三氧化硫为磺化剂合成十二烷基苯磺酸时,磺化温度、原料配比对产品质量的影响进行了研究.确定了制备高纯十二烷基苯磺酸的最佳磺化温度、最佳原料配比等工艺参数.磺化得到的十二烷基苯磺酸用氢氧化钠中和,制成高纯度高含固量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠.
【Abstract】 The process of the synthesis of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate is studied in detail in this paper.The synthesis reaction proceeds in a trough reactor and dodecylbenzene is used as a raw stuff,sulfur trioxide as the sulfonating agent,sodium hydrate as the neutraliz- ing agent.The present authors discussed the effects of sulfonating temperature and charge ratio on the quality of the product and determined the best technological paramethers, which involve sulfonating temperature,ratio of crude materials,etc.,of preparing sodi- um dodecylbenzene sulfonate with high purity and high solid content.
