【摘要】 根据作者近年所开发的修正 PR 状态方程式及混合规则,提出了计算多种工况下的高压低温含氢多元系统的焓值、汽液平衡、泡点、露点及闪蒸的计算程序包 HCSVLE。将该方法用于合成氨厂低温合成气氮洗及燕山石化公司化工一厂制苯车间部分冷凝富集氢气的计算,所得结果与林德公司设计数据较符合,证实本计算模型及程序包可用于实际工程设计及设备核算。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on modifications on Peng-Robinson-equation of state and mixing rulesproposed by the authors during recent years,a computer package HCSVLE is presented.It can be used for estimation of VLE,enthalpies,dew point,bubblepoint,and flashing of hydrogen-containing systems under high pressures and atlow temperatures.3 new models have been tested with design data for 2 commer-cial plants.The results from the models are in good agreement with those recom-mended by the design companies,which shows that the package is applicableto practical engineering calculations.更多还原
