稀土元素在渗铝覆层中的作用

【摘要】 通过对20Cr、40Cr钢及Fe—Cr—Al合金进行渗铝和稀土—铝共渗的对比研究,发现稀土元素的加入有如下作用:①可以起到催渗的作用;②可以提高覆层的抗高温氧化性能;③可以提高Fe—Cr—Al合金的韧性。应用x射线衍射技术,对稀土元素提高覆层抗高温氧化性能的机理进行了分析。

【Abstract】 It has been found that the addition of rare-earth elements in to the medium could obviously increase the coating depth, that is, rare-earth elements have the effect of catalysis infiltration, and could raise the high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating and the ductility of Fe-Cr-Al alloy. The research have been done for aluminium impregnation and rare-earth-aluminium impregnation on 20Cr, 40Cr steel and Fe-Cr-Al alloy. By means of x-ray diffraction technique, the mechanism in which rare-earth increases high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating has been analyzed.
