【Abstract】 This paper suggests that, for a river with low head but having a large amount of traffic volume,a new design of non-berthing lockage may be suitable for water transportation. Its feature is to transform one stage of lock into multi-stages, with the head of each lock lowered further. As a result, the locking time is greatly depressed, and the transport capacity will be increased correspondingly.更多还原
