【Abstract】 The principles of plotting normal-plane-scanning charts and their application in directional drilling are discussed in this paper. Any little change in the distance between the drilled hole axis and design hole axis can be shown, and the accurate distance and direction can be read out. The chart is recommended for field operation. Some methods to solve the problems encountered in plotting are described, and the calculation equations are given.更多还原
