【摘要】 随机选健康成年家兔(6月龄)20只,行耳蜗铺片光镜及扫描电镜观察。发现兔耳蜗共2(2/1)回,每一回螺旋器均含有一排内毛细胞及三排外毛细胞;内毛细胞听毛呈“弓形,外毛细胞听毛呈“W”形。“W”形听毛之夹角从底回到顶回渐减小。实验结果表明兔耳蜗毛细胞排列规律,适于进行耳蜗铺片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty healthy adult rabbits were randomly selected for observation of cochlea by light and scanning electron microscope.The cochlea of rabbits consists of two and a half turns,with Corti’s organ in each turn containing one row of inner hair cells(IHC)and three rows of outer hair cells(OHC).The auditory hair of IHC takes the shape of“arch”, while hair of OHC has a“w”-shaped structure.The angle between two outer strokes of the letter becomes smaller from basal turn to api- cal turn.The result shows that the hair cells of Corti’s organ have a regular arrangement,thus they are fit for cochlear observation.更多还原
