催化裂化原料油液雾蒸发过程研究
STUDY ON THE VAPORIZATION PROCESS OF OIL DROPLETS IN CATALYTIC CRACKING UNIT
【摘要】 本文在对下行式催化裂化反应器中原料油液雾蒸发过程的传热、传质和流体动力学等的分析基础上,建立了原料油在蒸发区域中的蒸发数学模型,并编制了油雾蒸发过程数值模拟计算软件。首次提出了液雾中液滴年令分布的概念,并导出了液雾中液滴年龄的分布函数。为解决变气速、具有液滴尺寸分布的液雾蒸发过程计算提供了一种新的有效方法。采用文中给出的处理变气速条件下液雾蒸发过程的方法和相应的数值模拟计算软件,可以预测液雾在不同时刻(或位置)的蒸发速率,汽化分率、新的液雾粒度分布、油气速度等重要参数。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of heat and mass transfer and fluid dynamics of thevaporization process of feedstock droplets in a down-flow catalytic crackingreactor,a mathematical model of vaporization process of droplets in the va-porization zone was established,and the soft-ware of numerical simulation ofthe vaporization process of droplets was developed.A new concept,the age distribution of droplets,was proposed,and theage distribution function of droplets was derived.Therefore,a new and effec-tive method to calculafe a vaporization process with the varying gasphasevelocity and the size distribution of droplets was given.By the method andthe numerical simulation soft-ware,the vaporizing rate,the fraction of oilvaporized,new size distribution of droplets and the gas-phase velocity,ect.can be predicted.
