多变小冠花组织培养中器官分化与植物生长物质关系的研究
A STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIC DIFFERENTIATION AND PLANT GROWTH SUBSTANCE IN TISSUE CULTURE OF CROWNVETCH
【摘要】 多变小冠花下胚轴外植体在含有NAA、IAA、2,4-D、KT和BA组合的培养基上,可脱分化形成愈伤组织,并由愈伤组织分化出苗和根而形成完整再生植株。在含有NAA+KT的培养基上,外植体可不经愈伤组织而直接分化出苗。 NAA和2,4-D比IAA诱导愈伤组织的效果好。NAA与细胞分裂素组合对根分化有利,IAA与细胞分裂素组合则有利于苗的形成。
【Abstract】 The hypocotyls of Crownvetch were cultured in MS medium containing NAA、IAA、 2,4-D、 KT and 6-BA. They were able to dedifferentiate into callus, then developed into plantlets. Those in MS with NAA+KT regenereted shoots directly from explants.NAA and 2,4-D are more effective than IAA in inducting callus. The comdination of NAA with cytokinins is beneficial to the induction of the roots, while IAA with cytokinins is beneficial to the differentiation of the plantlets.
