铁的新显色反应的研究
STUDY ON NEW COLOUR REACTION IN THE DETERMINATION OF IRON
【摘要】 本文研究了在非离子表面活性剂OP存在下Fe2+与2-(6′-溴苯并噻唑-2′-偶氮)-5-羧基苯酚的显色反应,在乙酸钠溶液中,配合物的最大吸收波长为603.8nm,在0—14.5μgFe2+/25ml范围内服从比耳定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数为6.30×104L.mol-1.cm-1。
【Abstract】 The colour reaction of Fe2+ with 2-(6'-bromo-2'-benzothiazolylazo)5-darboxylphenol (Br-BTACP)in the presence of nonionic surfactant OP has beenstudied. In the solution of CH3COONa at pH 8.8, λmax of the coordination compound is at 603. 8nm. Beer’s lair is Obeyed in the range of 0—14.5βg Fe2+/25ml. And the conditional molar absorption coefficient ε603.8 is 6.30×104 L·mo1-1·cm-1.
