【Abstract】 Some detective methods of desmosine in elastin are primarily devolopèd by Sephadex G—10 filtration, cation ion-exchanger ehromatography, DNS-derivatives chromatography and amino acid composition analysis. The results show that desmosine in elastin hydrolysates can be separated and detected qualitatively or quantitatively by these methods.更多还原
