【摘要】 本文报告用两种配方的吸附精制白喉—破伤风二联类毒素(DT),在浙江省黄岩县中学生和青工中进行免疫效果观察。免疫后1个月、 1年和3年白喉抗体保护水平分别达95％、88％和80％以上。免疫后1个月和1年破伤风抗体保护水平分别达85％和81％以上。白喉和破伤风免疫后抗体滴度的几何平均值(GMT)分别比免疫前增加4～28倍和7～11倍。表明该制剂接种1次即可获得较为满意的血清学效果,可供青少年和成人作加强免疫或应急接种用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the observation of the immune responses of adolecents and young workers immunized with two types of purified and adsorbed diphtheria-tetanus toxoids (DT) in Huang Yan county, Zhejiang province.The result showed that for the diphtheria antibody, 95%, 88% and 80% of the vaccinees’ sera were above the protective level at the first month, the first year and the third year after immunization respectively. For the tetanus antibody after vaccination, 85% and 81% of the vaccinees were above the protective level at the first month and the first year separately. Concerning both diphtheria and tetanus antibody titres, the raise of GMT ranged from 4 to 28 and 7 to 11 fold in comparison with titres of pre-immunization.Our observations revealed that the DT gave rise satisfactory serological responses by single injection and would be suitable for booster and emergency inoculation for adolescents or adults.更多还原
