【Abstract】 The original inactivated Japanese encephalitis vaccine was clarified and con-centrated to 10～20 times by hollow fiber ultra-filtration.Pelleting by the ultracentrifuga-tion method was chosen for further purification.The potency of the purified vaccine wassignificantly improved,and reached the level of the Japanese BIKEN mouse brain derivedvaccine.A preliminary survey showed the HI antibody response was 100% 4~x rise (GMT258.9),with very significant difference comparing with the original vaccine.更多还原
