【Abstract】 We successfully established 4 hybridoma cell lines of anti-HBe and 4hybridoma cell lines of anti-HBc,and the specificity and titer of the monoclonal anti-bodies secreted by the cell lines were not influenced after cultured for 3 months con-tinually.Specificity test showed that the monoclonal antibody has very high speciality of anti-HBe and anti-HBc.The class and subclass of Ig and chromasome of hybridoma cells werealso identified.更多还原
