理疗级超声产生自由基的荧光检测研究
SPECTROFLUORIMETRY STUDY OF FREE RADICALS PRODUCED BY SIMULATED THERAPEUTIC ULTRASOUND
【摘要】 对苯二甲酸(TA)是一种非荧光物质,一旦它与羟基自由基·OH相结合,就生成为具有稳定荧光特性的羟基对苯二甲酸(HTA).本文就是根据这个原理,采用荧光检测技术研究了理疗级超声在水溶液中产生羟基自由基·OH的剂量阈值、机理及规律性.
【Abstract】 Terephthatic acid (TA) is nonfluorescent, but once combining with hydroxyl radical OH, it becomes highly fluorescent hydroxy - terephthalate HTA. Based on this princi-p!e the threshold, mechanism and regularity of generation of hydroxyl radicals OH in aqueous solution exposured to simulated therapeutic ultrasound have been studied in this paper.
