【Abstract】 This paper introduces the hardware and software structure for the measurement of optic head of fundus picture of eye on micro-computer image processing system. This niethod provides an accurate, convenient and efficient numerieaI analysis of the optic disc. The parameters analysed included lateral and longitudinal length of cup and disc, area of cup and disc and the disc rim, and the ratios of above measurements. The procedure could be done automatically or through an-machine interchanges. The results of statistical analysis of 103 subjects and 86 glaucomatous eyes indicate that this method provides significant parameters for the diagnosis of glucoma.更多还原
