体循环模拟装置的动脉压力波产生机理及其影响因素的体外实验研究

【摘要】 体外模拟实验证明,用双弹性腔模拟动脉系统,所以能产生重搏波(DW)是由于在每一“心动周期”的某时刻,两腔间压力梯度发生逆转所致,即腔(2)压力大于腔(1),使模拟液由腔(2)向腔(1)发生倒流,此时腔(1)液体增加,压力回升,使腔(1)在舒张期压力波降支段上又产生一小凸波-重搏波。DW主要受两种因素的影响:两腔容积比和两腔连接管径的粗细。

【Abstract】 ’The study demonstrated that the dicrotic wave (DW) in the desending phase of arterial pressure wave (AP W) was generated by the double elastic air chambers of the simulatory arterial system. The DW was caued by reversal of pressure gradient between the two chambers where the simulatory fluid returned to chamber (1) from chamber (2) when the pressure in chamber (2) was higher than that inehamber (1) during a certain moment of each cardiac cycle. While the pressure in chamber (1) was increased again, the wave, i. e. BW in the descending phase of APW was genersted.When the parameters of the blood pump remained constant, DW was influenced by two factors: (A)the volume ratio of chamber (1) to chamber (2)(total volume of the air chamber was 1500ml). (B) diameter of the pike conjoining chamber(1) to the chamber (2). When the volume of chamber (1) and chamber(2)were 600ml and 900ml, the recorded APW inthose two chambers was similar to the wave form in human aorta and femoral artery respectively. If the diameter of the connecting was pipe smaller than 13mm, DW should not appear.
