T管引流胆汁流变特性及其临床意义
The Rheological Behavior of T-tude Bile and It’s Clinical Evaluation
【摘要】 本文测定了350份T管引流胆汁的流变特性,得到:(1)胆汁在低剪切率时为拟塑性流体,较高切变率时为牛顿流体;(2)胆汁成份,特别是粘蛋白,制约着胆汁流变特性;〈3〉η2-能代表胆道炎症严重程度,并对测定胆汁的流变特性的应用价值进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The rheological behaviour of bile is still not clear enough even in physiological and pathophysiological conditions, but it is very important to understand the mechanism of bile flow. 350 specimens of T-tube bile collected between the first and fourteenth postoperative day after cholecystecomy, choledochotomy with exploration and cholelithotomy were measured with Low-Shear 30 rheometer and NZ-6 cone-plate type viscosimeter. It was found that bile appeared as a pseuoplastic fluid at low shear rates, and Newton fluid at high shear rates. The viscosity was mainly controlled by mucin components of bile. The viscosity had a very good correlationship with white blood cells(=0.7865, p<0.01). The clinical significance of these results was discused in this article.
