金属填充复合导电塑料的研究

【摘要】 本文用ABS作基材,通过选择不同的金属填料和填充方法,获得了具有优良导电性和良好综合性能的复合导电塑料。本文实验系统研究了金属填料形态,金属纤维长径比和填料用量对复合材料性能的影响,本文实验还就注射充模过程对制件导电性的不均匀性和各向异性的影响作了分析。

【Abstract】 On the basis of ABS resin, conductive thermoplastic composites of good conductivity and combined properties were abtained by selecting different metal fillers and filling methods. The effects of morphology of metal filler, aspect ratio of metal fiber and filled volume on the properties of metal-filled ABS cpmposites were studied. The effect of injection moulding on the conductive heterogeneity and anisotropy of the composites was also analyzed.
