水生植物抗寒性测定及其特性研究
MEASUREMENT OF COLD RESISTANCE OF AQUATIC PLANTS AND STUDY ON ITS CHARACTERISTICS
【摘要】 应用叶片电解质外渗和叶组织TTC还原法在不同低温处理方式下,测定了八种水生植物的抗寒性。它们的抗寒性为:微小浮萍>荷兰芥>水竹>狐尾藻>大米草>凤眼莲>喜旱莲子草>大藻。其中微小浮萍和荷兰芥可在冬季生态工程净化污水中应用。伤害症状的观察和拐点的测定同样验证了上述的测定结果。研究证明:解质外电渗法和TTC还原法是测定水生植物抗寒性的可行方法。伤害特性的研究为判断水生植物越冬性能提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The cold resistance of eigth species of aquatic plants was measured by using the leaf electrolyte leakage and TTC reduction methods with various levels of low temperature treatment. A sequence of the increasing cold tolerance was given as. L.minor, N.officinale, P,heteroclada, M.spicatum, S.anglica, E.crassipes, A. philoxeroioles, P.stratiotes, Both L.minor and N.officinale may be used in winter in ecological engineering for wastewater treatment. The above result was verified by damage symptom observation and turning point quantification.Leaf electrolyte leakage and TTC reduction methods are demonstrated to be feasible to identify the cold resistance of aquatic plants.
