【Abstract】 This paper stresses that in the process of social economic planning, great attention must be paid to the law of ecological economics, and that the view that economic benefit and ecological result is united versus opposition should be looked at as the starting-point and end-result. In determining the goal of social economic development, the policy makers must combiningly consider the economic benefit and ecological result. The paper also points out in what aspects should the policy makers learn to use the law of ecological economics, so as to attain the scientific accuracy in policy-making.更多还原
