氯化铵催化漆酚和腰果酚与甲醛共缩聚反应的研究
【摘要】 本文研究了氯化铵催化漆酚和腰果酚与甲醛的共缩聚反应。实验表明,氯化铵的催化活性远大于常用的氨水,且其活性点是 NH4+。其缩聚时,漆酚的反应活性也远大于腰果酚。其共聚产物可制备综合物理性能优异的清漆,能与6001涂料相媲美。
【Abstract】 In this paper,The copolycondensation of urushiol and cardanol withformaldehyde,catalyzed by ammonium chloride,has been studied.It was shown by ex-Periments that catalytic activity of ammonium chloride is much higher than thatof ammonium hydroxide,which is used technically,and the active center of am-monium chloride is NH~+ 4.In addition reactive activity of urushiol is much higherthan cardanol in coPolycondensation,copolycondensed varnish has excellent synthe-tical Physical property, and can be compared favourably with 6001 coating.
