【Abstract】 The chemical constituents of the essential oil of Zhangzhou Narcissus flowers were determined by GC-MS with fused silica capillary column OV-101.,θ0.25mm×50m.Based on EIMS and CIMS of each GC peak,48 compounds which make up 96% of total amount of the oil were identified.The major compounds were:Benzyl-alcohol (8.83%),3,7-Dimethyl-l,6-octadien-3-ol (9.15%),2,2,4-Trimethyl-3-cyclohexene-l-methanol(5.79%),Benzyl acetate (12.07%) 1H-Indole (9.14%),p-Mentha-l,8-diene-4-yl acetate(7.38%) and Benzyl benzoate(1.81%).The chemical constituents of essential oil of Narcissus buds have been determined also.There is a great difference for chemical constituents between Narcissus buds and flowers.更多还原
