【Abstract】 This paper presents a medthod for the determination of trace amount of hydroxysuccinic ad and oxalic acid in ephedra sinica stapf byion ehromatography.Dionex-20201 ion chroma-tograph,conductivity detector and HPIC-AS3 separator were used.The calibration curves were linear over concentration ranges of 10 to 50ppm for hydroxysuccinic acid and 5 to 30 ppm for oxalic acid.The Coefficients of Variation were 0.9% and 3.4% and the average recoveris were 104.3% and 93.0% for hydroxysuccinic acid and Oxalic acid respectively.更多还原
