【Abstract】 The hydrolysis of D-glucono-1,5-lactone was investigated by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.It was found that D-gluconic acid and a small amount of D-glucono-1,4-lactone were formed.The rateconstants of hydrolysis and its reverse reaction were 2.348*10-4s-1 and 8.484*10-5s-1,respectively.The equilibrium constant of the hydrolysis was 2.768.The equilibrium was reached in about 4h.The pH value of the resulting aqueous solution was 1.9.更多还原
