【Abstract】 This paper presents a TLC method to determine three components in ApC tablets.The developing solvent,benzene-ether-acetic acid-methanol (100: 50:15:1),was used for the separation of aspirin,phenacetin and caffeine.The densitometric determination was carried out sing a Shimadzu Dual-Wavelength TLC Scanner CS-930.This method is very simple,rapid and the results are quite satisfactory.更多还原
