高效液相色谱法测定果酒中的有机酸
Analysis of Organic Acids in Fruit Wines by HPLC
【摘要】 本文提出了一种利用高效液相色谱法分析果酒中有机酸的方法。应用反相C18色谱柱,2%磷酸二氢氨(pH2.5)为流动相,能将果酒中草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、乳酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、富马酸等八种酸一次分离,各种酸回收率大于92%。
【Abstract】 Oxalie, tartaric, malic, lactic, acetic, citric, succinic and fumaric acids in fruit wines were successfully measured by HPLC, using a C18 reverse phase column and with 2 % NH4H2PO4 (pH2.5) as eluent.Recovery of eight acids were higher than 92%.
