【Abstract】 The fermentation medium of Zymomonas mobilis was studied by orthogonal design to select the optimal medium of high ethanol production and high glucose utility ratio. Table L27(313) was used to test four factors with three levels. The interaction among the factors was examined as well. The concentration of glucose and yeast extract, temperature and pH were examined. The results were treated by analysis of variance. The best medium was selected.更多还原
