塞曼效应——火焰原子吸收法测定罐头食品中高含量的钾、钠

【摘要】 本文利用Zeeman—火焰原子吸收法进行罐头食品中高含量钾、钠测定,采用钾、钠非灵敏线404.nm和589.6nm,使钾、钠分别在高浓度下测定,大大减少了稀释误差及各种因素的影响。对清蒸牛肉罐头及蕃茄酱罐头分别进行两个水平的加入回收试验,回收率为钾:94.4~107.7%,钠:96.7~109.4%,变异系数分别为钾:2.21%,钠:1.38%。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a method for determination of K and Na in canned foods by Zeeman FAAS is described. Analytical lines located at 404. 4 nm and 589.6nm are used individually for measuring K and Na at high concentration. Dilute error and effects of all kinds of factor were decreased. The recovery of K and Na at two levels were 94.4-107.7%and 96.7-109.2% respectively The variation coefficient of K and Na were 2.21% and 1.38% respe ctively.
