添加剂对内配煤铬矿球团还原动力学的影响
EFFECT OF ADDITIVES ON REDUCTION KINETICS OF COAL—CONTAINING CHROMIUM ORE PELLETS
【摘要】 铬矿在竖炉内熔融还原制取铬铁合金的工艺过程中,如何提高铬矿球团的直接还原速度是极关键的一步。为达到在较低温度下,具有较高还原能力,作者初步进行了以钠、钙、钾的硼酸盐、氟化物和氯化物作为添加剂,促进含煤铬矿球团还原的研究。从冶金过程动力学的角度进行讨论,建立的动力学方程能较好地与实验结果吻合。实验表明加速铬矿还原的效果以硼酸盐、氟化物,氯化物的顺序递减;同一种盐类,钾盐的促进作用最显著,钠盐次之,钙盐最差。实验结果对含煤铬矿球团成分的配比具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 For the smelting reduction to produce carbon ferrochrome in shaft furnace, it is key step how to accelerate directreduction rate of chromium ore. In order to get high reduction ability under low temperature, the initial research work was conducted, using borates, fluorides and chlorides of sodium, calcium and kalium as adding agents to promote reduction of coal-containing chromium ore pellet. The obtained model based on kinetics of metallurgical process agrees exactly with the test data. The experimental result shows that the effects of accelerating chromium ore reduction are weakened in the order of borates, fluorides and chlorides. And for one kind of salts, their promoting effects are weakened in the order of kalium salt, sodium salt and calcium salt. The results are favourable for setting the composition of chromium ore pellet.
