化合物CeCl2对4Cr5MoV1Si钢气体软氮化过程的影响及生产应用
Effect of the Chemical Compound CcCl2 on the Nitrocarburizing Processes of the 4Cr5MoVlSi steel and Their Production Application
【摘要】 在通氨滴醇气体软氮化的基础上加入不同量的稀土化合物CeCl2,研究了它对动力学过程、渗层组织结构,硬度及耐磨性的影响.结果表明:与常规软氮化过程相比,CeCl2可使渗速提高20~30%,渗层的N、C含量增高,且向内层延伸分布,使表面硬度和耐磨性大大挺高;稀土元素Ce亦被渗入钢的表面,不仅起到催化活化渗入介质的作用,同时还可能起到微合金化的作用。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the effect of chemical compound CeCl2 on the nitrocarburizing processes, microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance of steel 4CrSMoVlSi by adding CcCl2 into nitrocarburizing mediums which are composed of ammonia and mcthanol.Thc results shown that comparing with nitrocarburizing processes without CeCl2 addition, the diffusing vate is increased 20~30%, the contents of N and C in diffusing layer are increased and extended to subsurface layer, the surface microhardness and wear resistance arc increased remarkably.When trace of race earth Ce is diffussed into the surface, it may be regarded not only as a catalyst in diffusing medium for thermochcmical processes but also a micro-alloying element.
