Fe-Cr-Ni-Mo-C阀座材料的时效硬化及时效过程中的相转变
Age-hardening Effect and Structural Changes on Ageing of Fe-Cr-Ni-Mo-C Valve Scat Material
【摘要】 Fe-18.2Cr-6.9Ni-2.5Mo-1.5C材料铸态组成相为奥氏体和M7C3型碳化物,在随后加热时可产生时效硬化现象,最佳时效温度为650℃。时效过程中可产生α-铁索体和M23C6型碳化物两个新相。
【Abstract】 The as-cast microstructure of Fe-18.2Cr-6.9Ni-2.5Mo-1.5C steel is composed of austonite andM7C3carbide. When heated, it can appear ago hardening effect and the best ageing temperature is 650℃.On ageingtwo new phases, α-ferrite and M23C6carbide, can be produced.
