【Abstract】 Two interspecific Pi hybrids of cotton: Gossypium hirsutum L. 2n=4x=52, (AD) 1) XG. sturt ianum willis (2n = 2x=26, C1) and G, barbadense L. (2n = 4x=52, (AD) 2) X G. sturtanum willis were analysed for their chromosome behaviour in the meiosis of pollen mother cells (PMC). and observations on the pollen size and viability of the Fl hybrids. Based on the performance of chromo some pairing of Fl hybrids, the evolutionary relationship among the cotton studied was discussed. The utilization of cotton interspecific hybrids was also discussed.更多还原
