电子计算机体层摄影立体定向脑深部新生物显微激光手术初步报告
RESECTION OF INTRA-AXIAL BRAIN LESION BY CT-GUIDED STEREOTACTIC LASER MICROSURGERY
【摘要】 本文报告将CT立体定向与显微激光技术相结合,治疗5例丘脑、基底节新生物的方法及近期结果,效果令人鼓舞。指出CT立体定向技术定位准确,可选择最佳手术入路,显微激光汽化适宜于深部操作,二者结合为深部病变的治疗提供了新的方法选择。
【Abstract】 Removal of deep-seated brain lesions remains a challenge to neurosurgeon. It is difficult for operater to control accurately the direction and depth of operative approach and the extent of resection so that the morbidity and mortality of the operation were high. CT-guided stereotactic craniotomy combined with CO2-laser microsurgery technique was used in the treatment of 5 patients with neoplasm in thalamus and basal ganglion with inspiring short-term outcome. The procedure is described in detail. The authors point out that the localization of stereotaxis is precise to afford optimum operative approach and vaporization of tumor through laser microsurgery is especially suitable for deep manipulation. The integration of both provides another therapeutic choice for the treatment of deep-seated intracranial lesions.
