四氧嘧啶致糖尿病8周兔的心脏功能研究
CARDIAC FUNCTIONAL CHANGES IN ALLOXAN DIABETIC RABBITS
【摘要】 比较四氧嘧啶致糖尿病8周兔和正常兔的心功能,发现糖尿病兔左心室收缩及舒张功能均减退。即左心室内压峰值(LVSP)及压力-压力变化速率环(P-dp/dt)正峰值,左心室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dt max)P-dp/dt负峰值,压力-压力对数值变化速率环[P-(dp/dt)/P]负峰值(-νpm),及心力环总面积、舒张期心力环面积均显著小于正常对照组(P<0.05)。并发现空腹血糖及糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1)分别P-dp/dt正、负峰值呈负相关,HbA1与P-(dp/dt)/P环的一νpm及舒张期心力环面积呈负相关。
【Abstract】 Myocardial functional changes were studied in 6 diabetic rabbits in comparison with 7 normal controls. Alloxan 100 mg/kg was injected once or twice intravenously to each rabbit, 8 weeks after the onset of diabetes, the myocardial contraction indices including the left ventricular super-pressure (LVSP) and positive peak value of pressure-circle of the left ventricular pressure rate (P-dp/dt) showed significant decreases as compared to normal controls (P<0.05). The myocadlal relaxation indices including negative maximal values of the left ventricular pressure rate ( -dp/dt max) and nadir values of pressure circles represented by logarithm P-dp/dt ( -vPm) were all significantly lower than those of normal controls (P<0.05). The total area of heart working cycle with the diastolio area of the circle were all significantly lower than those of controls (P<0.05). The concentrations of plasma glucose and HbA1. correlated negatively with the P-dp/dt surge and nadir values respectively. HbA1 correlated negatively with - Vpm and the diastolic area of the heart working cycle.
