【Abstract】 According to the principle of the emzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA), a new method, ELISA-receptor assay (ELISA-RA), for testing the bioactivity of growth hormone was dcvised. In this ELISA-RA system, the growth hormone which has bound to its receptors can also bind to its antibodies. This method can test both the immunoreactivity and bioactivity of growth hormone in a quick and easy way. The sensitivity of this method is 0.5μg of growth hormone. In this ease, it is supposed that there probably is a diffcrenee in the localization between biological activity center and immunoreactivity center or there are more than one bioactivity and immunoreactivity centers in the molecule of growth hormone.更多还原
