黑曲霉An-76 β-木聚糖酶的诱导合成

【摘要】 <正> 木聚糖是植物半纤维素的主要成分。产生降解木聚糖酶类的微生物分布非常广泛。木聚糖酶类主要包括。(1)内切β-木聚糖酶(2)外切β-木聚糖酶(3)β-木糖苷酶。

【Abstract】 The strain of Aspergillus niger An-76 is a high producer of β-xylanase and the amount of enzyme accumulated in the presence of xylose and xylan substrates. When glucose as carbon source, the formation of β-xylanase was markedly simulated by methylxyloside(β-MX), the concentration of β-MX needed for accumulation of β-xylanase is about 0.1mg/ml. The washed mycelium of this strain does not synthesize β-xylanase in the absence of energy compounds, even though β-MX was in presence. A considerable accumulation of β-xylanase was observed as ATP, glycerol, and glucose was applied with β-MX in the mean time. Inhibitois which is involved in the synthesis of nucleic acid and protein can strongly effect the synthesis of β-xylanase.
