【Abstract】 Two virus isolates of MS-Z and MS-S were-isolated from the diseased spearmint plants with mosaic, distorting leaves from 1986 to 1987.According to the results of host range and reaction, properties in vitro, aphid transmission properties, the shape and size of particle, serological tests and some physi-chemical properties, the MS-Z and MS-S isolates were identified as Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and Tomato aspermy virus (TAV), respectively.The paper was the first report of the spearmint diseases caused by CMV and TAV in the world.更多还原
