【摘要】 为了改善上海市副食品生产与供应间的状况。作者根据系统工程的基本原理,对上海市副食品的生产、流通、消费及其管理体制的运行现状,进行了系统分析。展示了当前副食品生产供应中的主要矛盾。在此基础上,提出了三套可供选择的副食品生产发展方案。旨在建立良性的生产、流通机制,进而提高市场供应保证率。文章还对保证方案实施的对策展开了研究与讨论。对策就建议增加农业投入、巩固副食品生产基地、理顺价格体系及改革副食品补贴办法等一些关键性问题作了较为客观的论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the unbalanced status between production and supply of non-staple foodstuffs in Shanghai,systematic analysis on present situation of production, circulation, consumption of non-staple foodstuffs and their management system in Shanghai was made according to the basic principles of system engine ering, and then the principal contradiction between actual production and supply status of non-staple foodstuffs was revealed. On this basis, three alternative plans of developing non-staple foodstuff production was put forward for establishing an optimum production and circulation system to improve the supply of non-staple foodstuffs in the market. Study and discussion on countermeasure were also carried out for the implementation of the plans, The key problems such as increasing the agricultural input, speeding up the construction of non-staple foodstuff production bases, modifying price system and reforming subsidization for non-staple foodstuff production were discussed objectively in this paper.更多还原
