【摘要】 面对船舶机舱自动化日益发展的现状,各远洋运输公司和船队已经做了很多工作。作者认为:为了尽快适应自动化船舶发展的需要,必须进一步实现观念的转变,认真抓好管理体制的建设工作,而且要把船员培训工作紧抓不放,以使船员素质和技能可以满足机舱自动化发展的需要。与此同时,重视和采用有力的经济手段,即实施必要的奖励制度,以期推进机舱自动化管理工作的不断发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet the needs of the development of automatic ships, this paper provides some proposals for ocean-shipping companies. On the one hand, a related system of management should be established and the crew should be trainedin terms of both quality and skill.
