【摘要】 本文以济南地区蔬菜地土壤、苹果园土壤、花园土壤为材料,研究土壤原生动物。分别用四种培养液在20～24℃下培养,一周后活体观察,共鉴定出土壤原生动物3纲、23属、28种。研究结果表明,三种不同环境的土壤,在各种培养液的培养下,由于pH值及营养成分的不同,其结果也不相同。在麦粒浸出液中原生动物种类出现最多,1％蛋白胨液中出现种类则较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Take the soil samples from the vegetable field,apple orchard and flower garden as material and culture them separately at the temperature below 20℃—24℃by using four kinds of culture fluids (soil infusion, wheat infusion, 1%peptone and 0.1% glucose). On the 7th day, we examined with the microscope and identified 28 species belonging to 23 genera and 3 classes. This experiment shows that the number of protozoa in the soil taken from the three different environments and cultured in different culture fluids is not the same, because of the different pH and the constituents of nutrition.
