肌腱及腱周组织高压电击后损伤及修复过程的形态学研究

【摘要】 对高压电击伤病例的肌腱及腱周组织进行了损伤及修复过程的形态学研究。结果显示肌腱发生损伤后,损伤部位常由增生的纤维结缔组织取代,这种增生现象虽然可起自局部存活的间质,但主要是由腱周围纤维结缔组织向损伤部位生长形成。

【Abstract】 This article presents the morphologic studies of the injurious and reparative processes of tendons and peritendinous tissues after high voltage electrical injuries. The results showed that following tendon injuries the injured region Was often replaced by fibrous connective tissue, although this proliferation could come from local surviving mesenchyme tissues, but more importantly it can come from the peritendinous fibrous connective tissues.
